Abhijeet: Hema Maliniji the ‘Dream Girl’ of Bollywood’s presence just made it better.
Hussain: She was in tears when Rakesh sang the song…she summons up her good old days filled with romance!

Abhijeet: In her first movie her role was that of a dream girl- so that is how Bollywood got our very own dream girl.
Hussain: aur apne sab maharathi lag gaye unhe impress karne main!
Abhijeet: Naushad sang ‘main jat yamla pagla deewana’ and we could see Hemaji blushing!
Hussain: pyar ho to aise…haai… poorana wala pyar…saccha pyar…
Abhijeet: suna hai pyar main log zyaada khaane lagte hai par Hemaji ka kissa hi kuch aur hai...
Hussain: Kya?
Abhijeet: Dharamji got special gobi ke parathe on the sets while shooting for movies…specially for Hemaji …how sweeeeeeeet!

Shashi Suman, Naushad Ali Kawa & Arpita Khan were one of the best singers in the history of Indian Idol. I guess its time the Indian Idol team reviews the modality of the reality show whereby ensuring that talented contestants are not eliminated like this. Its absolutely frustrating and ridiculous to see consistent "poor" performers like Tia & Swaroop moving up the ladder (riding on the sympathy votes) whereas talents like Shashi,Naushad & Arpita are eliminated. Judges should be given more authority and not mere "floor" for post-performance comments.

it was a perfect selection of contestants in top 12 :). everyone are equally good.. let the very best one win.. but audience vote outs for arpita, naushad, shashi and the first one fellow was really heart breaking ;(. before public decides to some let they decide on the performance of the contestants.. let weak performers be eliminated.. but the best ones must be given chance for wild card entry

ReplyDeleteAlways feel that Judges are being too liberal with Rakesh...I admit he is a good singer...But there were good singers who were eliminated(Arpita, Naushad, Shivam)..There is too much drama related to Rakesh and somehow judges are sometimes too much emphasizing on rakesh,his family and not with any other contestants families.....
I was hoping judges would save their veto power till the top 2 contestants so that even if a good singer is eliminated,he can comeback and perform which makes the competition even harder.Shivam was definitely a good singer than Rakesh and by using their veto power on Rakesh, judges just misused it....

Bhoomi--is not fit participate because, whatever song she has sung mostly/all that are heavy voice/pop song/western type voice, which is not perfect voice, in this show Bhoomi did not sing surilla,barik voice song , AS---- "e... mere watan ke logo zara ankh mai bhar lo pani....jo shahid huai hai unki zara yad karo kurbani ". she mostly sung heavy and spreading type sound, she is weak in this think ...
