Tonight’s episode of Indian Idol will have the gorgeous Katrina Kaif and the handsome Arjun Rampal as special guests to promote their upcoming movie ‘Rajneeti’!
Blazing the show with their performances are the Top 3 performers of last week - Shivam, Shashi & Swaroop on the songs on Katrina and Arjun. With ex – Indian Idol 2 contestant, Antra Mitra and playback singer Naushad the 5 performers entertained the special guests with “Bheegi Si, Bhaagi Si”
The centre of attraction was without doubt Katrina Kaif, one of the contestants (Shreeram) went down on his knees to propose to her while singing “Pehle Nazar Mein…” Abhijeet Sawant and Sunidhi dedicated a song to Katrina too by singing a duet “Tera Hone Laga Hoon” But the one who actually stole her heart was… You would have to watch Indian Idol 5 to believe it!
Arjun Rampal on the other hand enjoyed the evening joking around with contestants. His favorite performance, quite obviously, was Shashi who rocked on the stage with “Rock On” and Arjun even gave head banging techniques and how to become a rockstar!!

ReplyDeleteThese singers should be judged in every format of singing, just like Mohd rafi's songs, Bhajans, Ghazals, Kishore's, patriotic etc. Though it is dangerous for them as there will be very easy screening. This is so because the industry trend changes overnight. These sufiana or english style song are very beautiful (as most of them are copied from hollywood, western country's, Korean, thailand etc countries' top numbers-that's why you people are listening every month these super dooper hit music)and the day the trend will change, all these singers will fail (untill they can sing other type of song rather than shouting song). ReplyDeleteI dont understand why you putting these kids in bigboss type drama (choosing unfavourite companion), just let them concentrate on the competition which is already very very tough this year,
